All are digital downloads. Nothing ships physically and nothing recurs: every item is a one-time purchase.
Delivery is immediate. Download links appear on the confirmation page as soon as payment clears, and the same links are emailed to the address you give at checkout. The links do not expire. If a link stops working, write to us and we will send it again.
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your statement will show a charge from ProductoHub identifying this product.

The files are for you and your own name change. You may print them, keep copies, and use the checklists and templates for yourself however you like — that is what they are for.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, present them as your own product, or remove the disclaimers they contain.
The material is educational. Decisions about your name, your documents and your filings are yours. We do not warrant any legal outcome, any processing time, or any agency's decision, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
About the state data. Every agency, court and official link in the kit was checked against an official source on the verification date printed in the material, and nothing was filled in from memory — rows whose site did not answer our live check are flagged in the table itself. Requirements, fees and forms are set by each state, and often by each county, and change without notice. The kit is a starting point and each row carries the official link: confirm the current requirement at your state's official site before you act. We do not warrant that any detail is current at the moment you read it.
Nothing in the materials has been reviewed by an attorney for any jurisdiction or for your situation. For anything beyond a routine, uncontested change, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
